SCARY SKINNY!
Scary Skinny
This picture stopped me dead in my tracks. I was doing some online window shopping and clicked on a shirt I liked. Then I saw this model.
Lolla!
Less than a month until Lollapalooza! To all you skeptics out there, focused solely on the heat and crowds, I promise that it is amazing. It is our generation's Woodstock.
However, I do understand that it can be overwhelming to a first-timer, which is why I have provided a cheat-sheet.
If you're going and want to meet up, let me know!

Sartorialist
I love this photo on the Sartorialist's site. I could see it framed on my wall. It makes me think of summertime and being young.

WHAAAATTTT?
I love Urban Outfitters. It does take some time to dig through, but you can find some great items at reasonable prices. However, no one is free from the occasional misstep, and this time, Urban fell baaaadddd.
Ruffle collar- $34
Is it a necklace? A scarf? A missing piece from Bozo's costume????

I've died and gone to navy heaven
I follow a lot of blogs. This is a fact. My dad told me if I put half the time I spend following fashion online into something productive, I could be a millionaire. Anyways, I came across this blogger, Arielle from Something Navy, and have since spent the entire day looking through all of her archives. She dresses exactly like I wish I could.
DYING for this purple dress! I searched everywhere but couldn't find it.
She also posted a look in shorts from my friend's line, m2f. They make the best colored shorts and jeans. I want the exact pair she has on. You can get them at National Jean Company online.

Signed, Sealed, and Delivered!
About a week ago, I tagged an outfit from one of my favorite bloggers as inspiration. I LOVE Andy from Style Scrapbook. She has the most amazing style, and I want to copy everything she wears.
When I saw this look, it immediately put a smile on my face. The red blazer brightens up a dismal day (and there are a lot of them in Chicago). I own similar pieces of everything in this photo, except for the key piece- the red blazer!

So imagine how happy I was when I saw this Thayer blazer from Shopbop on sale! Sorry guys, I grabbed the last one. I think I am going to add more gold buttons to it.
